Introduction

This course will walk you through an introduction to the production module in PrimeroEdge. The Production record is a digital version of the paper production records that are most used by the kitchen staff and shows what was served, carried over, wasted, and keeps track of the reimbursable meals.

By completing this module, you will be able to:  

• Assign menu cycles to the production module.
  
• Identify the three different types of production status in the Production Plan.
  
• Input meal count projections for each menu item.
• Understand the advantages of the autofill function and explain the different options.
• Generate applicable reports that assist with completion of production records.
